[Tox Support] problem with id

Hello Tedy, you have provide more specific information. Let us know:
1. OS and version of your OS... is it Windows? Is it GNU/Linux?
2. What is the Tox client you are using including the Version number...

Once you provide this info, it would be easier to advise you...
