[Tox Support] no packages in the linux repos?

i'm trying to install on Ubuntu 14.04 and have added the repo and pgp
key, and updated my software sources, but am unable to install any tox
packages.  upon further inspection of the repo itself at
https://pkg.tox.chat/debian/ it seems there are no packages stored there
any longer?  it appears to be a skeleton of directories for various
linux distros but most of the "Packages" files that i checked are 0 bytes
