[Tox Support] Strange connections

Hi,

How come uTox/qTox is trying to connect to various IPs on launch? I don't have any contacts and at least some of the IPs that I bothered to check are linked to entities like ISPs.

As far as I understand the principle behind Tox is that it connects directly to your contacts, nobody and nothing else, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Could you elaborate as to why it's connecting to all those IPs?
