[Tox Support] Binaries: PGP Signature and Hashcode

PGP signatures? We don't PGP sign our binaries, we sign our packages.
Usually signature verification is handled at the package level by your
package manager.

As far as hashes go, whatever Jenkins provides is all we offer
currently. If it doesn't list fingerprints for all builds, I can look
into a solution.
