[qTox-dev] No 1.7.x Builds?

Hello,

I am wondering why is the release 1.7.x still not in the official
repositories for debian?
And i believe the downloadable EXE for windows is also still 1.6.0 ?

Or is qTox dead, like this page would suggest?
