[qTox-dev] What should be the minimal time period between toxcore's breaking API changes and qTx release

I think this would be ok for small API changes, but a complete change in 
features could be a problem. On the other hand, those changes mostly don't 
appear out of nowwhere, so I think the probability of qTox going to support 
them before c-toxcore makes a release is pretty high.
