[qTox-dev] What should be the minimal time period between toxcore's breaking API changes and qTx release

Basically this. Since qTox now has a stable, known 6-week release
period, c-toxcore can adjust to that and release breaking changes some
time before qTox's release.

So what should be this minimal time period?

Would 5 weeks before qTox's release work?
(4 weeks effectively to adjust code, since last week is for testing)

If you don't mind, please answer on ML, and not just on IRC.
