[Dev] toxme.io dropping DNS support

Hello friends and oranges,

https://toxme.io has recently passed 4000 registered names (hooray). To
celebrate this occasion, and because it has been planned two months in
advance, toxme will be dropping support for the deprecated dns name lookup
api on the 1st of January, 2016. To prepare for this, you should update
your clients to use the new shiny https json api made by stal.
