[Dev] NDK deprecating GCC in favour of clang

Our friends at google have decreed that no longer shall GCC compile
android native libraries and have deprecated GCC support.

Therefore, it would be advisable for anyone doing android builds to
audit them and ensure they are using clang for compilation.
