[Tox Support] question about law enforcement

Hello,
Is it possible to get any informactions about Tox Chat user? The perpetrator broke into the Polish company servers and using Tox Chat  requested money in exchange for decrypting the files. We have ID Chat number and personal ID number (polish company).
