[Tox Support] Hello, qtox stopped from being connected

Hello, i've faced a problem with your app.
Qtox doesn't want to connect. The dot remains to be gray all the time since yesterday, I haven´t done any harm to settings, so I can´t say what it is. I´d very appreciate if you help me.
