[Tox Support] About licenses of using toxcore for a free public applicaton

It'd have to be a separate application with some interprocess communication
(IPC) mechanism. For example, on POSIX systems, there is sendmsg().

Always make sure to understand the terms of the license *before* using
someone else's code. It's a lot easier to deal with up front than at the
end.
