[Tox Support] uTox client issue under XP

Hi,




I can not even run the latest stable version of uTox x86-32 under XP SP3 (@
POSReady 2009), it immediatelly exits with error:





The application terminated as a result of a CTRL+C.




The x86-64 build works fine under 7.
