[Tox Support] Debian-Repository

Hi,

qTox used OBS package repository at 
https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3Aantonbatenev%3Atox&package=qtox 
but it's unmaintained now, the qTox package maintainer haven't updated 
qTox since v1.6.0, which was released in November 2016, while qTox had 9 
releases after that, the latest one being v1.11.0 released 10 days ago. 
There is a post on qTox's blog where they ask for someone to volunteer 
being a package maintainer

as I know, they still haven't anyone. So you are better off building 
qTox from source.
