None of the clients implement protections against keyloggers or
viruses capturing pictures of your desktop screen, nor is it really
feasible to do so from a

client perspective.

If you cannot trust the hardware/software you're running on it's
difficult to run any secured application, if you are concerned about
such things there are

secured desktop environments you can use (for example the Tails OS),
along with setting policies to disallow unexpected applications to run
and so forth.

It is however resistant to attacks from people listening in on your
communication in between you and the person you are speaking to.
