[Tox Support] Builng gtox on Fedora 22

So, what does the error message mean?
Does it mean it found a module called svg that it knows nothing about?

Why resort to such cryptic error messages?

If it wants the module svg, why not belch out a message like
QT module svg not found.

At any rate, I have the following info on qtsvg on my system:

$ cd /usr/lib64
$ find qt* -name \*svg\*

What's missing?

Which qt version is needed for the qtsvg ???
