Look in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-chrome.list

if you see a file: google-chrome.list - you have two options, - deleted 
or edit it to correct link to launchpad.net source for ppa.

If you deleted the file, your gogole-chrome browser no longer will be 
updated when you run 'apt-get update' but that's ok. You can follow the 
guide how to install google chrome:

http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/ppa/google_chrome?dist=stable

Hope this help....

The  missing ini file - hopefully guys from Dev team for Tox can chime 
in and help you to sort that one out.
