[General] TriCitizen new Tox client on Android

That's an interesting app. Looks like it combines Tox chat, To-Do
list, audiobook player, etc. all together in a single app. It's
refreshing to see a program where Tox chat is used as a
secondary/alternative functionality.

Is the app open source? I tried to look for the source code but
couldn't find it. The libjni-c-toxcore.so library the app uses
includes GPLv3-licensed c-toxcore. GPL is a viral copyleft license. It
basically means that if you use anything GPL licensed in your program,
you should make your entire program available under the GPL license to
its users. One of the GPL license requirements is that you should
provide the source code for your entire program, licensed under the
GPL license.
