[General] Repos are useless

Hi, 

in fairness it should be noted that 
deb https://pkg.tox.chat/debian nightly rosa
for example, doesn't work. So the user have to be smart enough to
get to the URL https://pkg.tox.chat/debian/dists/nightly/  
then see what is available there and change the name of distro for
"release" to make repository accessible. 

It would be great to add this "workaround" in instruction on
the website as well.
