[Dev] EchoBot Toxic

Hello all,

Since mannol's new ToxAV is getting closer to being merged, I have
configured Toxic to auto accept calls and echo back audio to the other
caller. This will be great for testing.

If you don't want to compile your own, feel free to add my echobot at the

Note: My toxav_iteration_interval is cut by 1/20.
