Hello,

We have conducted removal of nodes that haven't been online for over 60 
days. There were total of 9 nodes removed.

If you have brought your removed node back online and would like for it 
to be added back, please follow the procedure outlined at 
https://wiki.tox.chat/users/nodes#how_do_i_get_my_bootstrap_node_added_to_the_table_above

Following is the list of maintainer name, public key and downtime of
