[Bootstrap] Some nodes are not available on the listed IPv6 addresses

Hi,

We have noticed that some nodes provide an IPv6 address but there 
doesn't seem to be any node accessible on that address.

The affected nodes are:

IPv6 addresses of those nodes were unlisted so that clients don't try to 
connect to them in vain. If you want to update your node with a correct 
IPv6 address -- send an email to node-request at tox.chat. You can use 
c-toxcore/other/fun/bootstrap_node_info.py script to test if your node 
is available on an IPv6 address, just make sure you test it from a 
machine that also has IPv6 interface.

I'd also like to use this chance to remind everyone to update their 
nodes from time to time. Bootstrap node versioning scheme has changed in 
toxcore v0.2.3, so it's now easier to see which nodes are up-to-date and 
which are not.
