How come uTox/qTox is trying to connect to various IPs on launch? I don't have any contacts and at least some of the IPs that I bothered to check are linked to entities like ISPs.</div>

As far as I understand the principle behind Tox is that it connects directly to your contacts, nobody and nothing else, but it doesn't seem to be the case.</div>
