[Tox Support] Feature request : Bluetooth for aTox

I love Tox. Thank you for providing and maintaining it.  I mainly use it to transfer files to and from my phone to my Pi.

I note that Briar has the facility to chat via Bluetooth, and was wondering if aTox might be able to adopt that feature too.
